That’s me and the famous Mickey Rooney on the left, backstage after our final performance of the National Tour of “The Sunshine Boys”.

I had the privilege to share the stage with Mickey and another legendary talent, Donald O'Connor. Donald and I had sort of a scrabble joke about our last names. Donald joked that I lost my “O” in the ocean and found an “S”. But what I did find, was what a lucky Nursey I was to have worked with them both. In the photo below, I was again lucky  to recreate one of my favorite roles, at my favorite theatre, the Walnut Street Theatre. “Did you want me Doctor?”, “Yeah why do you think I hired you”
